El Paso, Texas – Election Day for the November 2026 General and Special Election is tomorrow, November 3, 2026. El Paso County voters will cast ballots in federal, state, and local races, including contests for the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, county offices, and other local races and propositions. The contests appearing on each ballot depend on the voter’s registered address.

A total of 123 Election Day Vote Centers will be open throughout El Paso County from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Any eligible voter can cast their ballot at any voting site, regardless of their residential precinct.

Voters are encouraged to be election ready by visiting www.epcountyvotestx.gov, where they can find all the tools and election information they need before heading to the polls:

  • My Voter Dashboard – Voters can check their voter registration status and eligibility, view their voting history and review and print their personalized sample ballot. To access the dashboard, voters must enter their first name, last name and date of birth or their Voter Unique Identifier (VUID).
  • Election Day Vote Centers – A list of all 123 Election Day Vote Centers is available, along with real time wait times. Voters can also use the interactive map or zip code lookup to find a voting site.
  • Identification Required for Voting – Voters casting a ballot in person must present one of the seven acceptable forms of photo identification. Voters who do not possess or cannot reasonably obtain one of these forms of identification may complete a Reasonable Impediment Declaration (RID) at the voting site and present an acceptable supporting document.
  • Civilian Ballot by Mail – Voters who requested a ballot by mail but later decide to vote in person must bring their ballot by mail to the voting site and surrender it. If the ballot by mail is not surrendered, the voter will be issued a provisional ballot.

Ballot by Mail Drop Off Information – A ballot by mail must be received by the Early Voting Clerk’s office Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., if the carrier envelope is not postmarked. If the carrier envelope is postmarked by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, it must be received by Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

Voters who do not believe their ballot will be delivered on time through the mail may personally deliver their own ballot on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., using one of the following options:
